I am experiencing the same issue. I have called several times and its never resolved. Getting to someone in charge is difficult but it has not helped either. Its been two weeks now.

I moved your original post to create a New Topic so that your issue can be escalated.  Your original post was added to an already existing engagement between a user and a Comcast OE and thus did not get the attention you needed.  ALways post a NEW TOPIC if you are experiencing issues and try not to add-on to an already enagaged user's post.  It works better that way!  : )

 

The Comcast Team available to these Forums has been alerted to your issue.  Expect a reply in this thread or via Private Message from a Comcast Official Employee identified with a RED-Lettered Username.
