I am getting the exact same error since installation and spent several hours on the phone and chat.  They have even sent a tech to my house twice (with no luck of course).  I have suggested they rebuild the account to the last few call center personnel but always end up get disconnected. 

 

If there is anyone on this chat that could help me get this resolved it would be greatly appreciated.

I've notified the Comcast Cares Team to look at your issue and get it corrected. Watch this post and your email for updates from the team most likely next business week.
