I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread or via Private Message from a Comcast Official Employee.
I still have not received any additional information to resolve this issue.

AmiraLew -- I reviewed your account and it was not setup with Voice Mail feature. I have added this to your account so you can use that service. Can you try setting it up again to see if it works now?
this is crazy...........same problem, been trying to fix for about one hour or so. On phone now with comcast rep who so far is not helpful at all!!
Were the CSR(s) able to get your VoiceMail working? Let me know.
