Problems with Call History and my phonebook.

 About 2 weeks ago my service went out and in 1-2 hours came back on. The problem is that before the outage when someone call and that person was in my phonebook the my caller id showed persons name the way I have entered into my phonebook. Now all that shows is the phone number. Also when I talk for some time on the phone, instead of showing 2 hours it says 7200 seconds. How can I fix this problem?
