Primary number not working - Have ARRIS TM608

We had electrical storm Thurs evening.  Friday am our line would not work.  Dialing in would give 2 rings then silent.


Tech came to office and said Comcast eqpt was fine - ours was the problem.


Our tech just finished diagnosis and tells us the main number is no longer active coming from Comcast eqpt.  Secondary line can call out and come in.  How can we resolve?  Customers have only main number.
