Poor Service

The wonderfull folks at Comcast changed my phone number with out permission. It took numerous phone calls with horrendous wait times to talk to a tech. I was lied to at least once. The techs are VERY hesitant to let you speak to a supervisor. I have yet to get an explanation of why my number was changed. They said they would call me back. Of course they didn't. At this point I have posted a complaint with the BBB and the FCC. I will be leaving these unreliable characters in the near future.
