I'm a new customer and my phone suddenly stopped working! My daughter is out and needs to call home to be picked up!  I need a customer service rep !!

Service persons won't respond to you here.
This is a user to user help forum-all of us are Comcast customers.
Well, almost all of us. There are some admins and mods, but they
volunteer their time here.  They do have lives outside of the forum.
Responses are not instantaneous. You just have to wait for someone to respond here.
In the meantime, have you tried Live Chat (clickable link) ?

Can you go to a neighbors or borrow a cellphone and call 1-800 comcast?

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

After looking at your account, I can see that you contacted our technical support department and worked with one of our representatives to fix the problem. It appears that the issue has since been resolved, and that your CDV service is now in proper working order. If it has not, please feel free to contact us again, or email me directly if you wish.
