Phone service, internet, TV outages

Phone service keep dying.  eMTA keep getting rebooted ever since daylight savings.  same problem with internet & TV going dead frequently like there was a power outage.

 

Phone died twice yesterday afternoon; service died from around 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.  of course, internet & TV also died at the same time like a power outage occured.

 

Just reporting this here also since the moderators probably believe that the comcast outages between phone, internet & TV are NOT related.

Don't know about the Moderators, but Phone outages take precedence. Call Comcast and Report Phone outage and get a phone tech out to respond.

My phone is out AGAIN . . . .i have unplugged for more than 30 seconds . . reset the button in the back and nothing . . . . . please get my phone working again!
