Phone number issues

We have three lines (business) with comcast, but only one is provided for dialing in, the others are all hunt and roll over from the main number, so we never noticed that Comcast gave up our number, it has been a year now, even though this number is not in use by anyone, comcast says that they can not get in back they told me to call ATT, in calling ATT they told me Comcast can get the number back if they would just call the Porting Dept Directly which comcast refuses to do, how do I get the number back.  We have been billed for this number for the last year.


Also our bill shows five different numbers, should only be three, how can we find out which additional numbers are actually active with our account?
