Phone isn't working yet again

Phone isn't working yet again

It's been less than a month since the last time a tech came to fix the phone. Again we have no dial tone, even after I reset the modem. The phone is plugged directly into the box as well. I tried to do a live chat but there's a runtime error that won't let me live chat. I'm getting really tired of this problem and am starting to rethink using Comcast all together, considering I have not been offered anything for my troubles!
