Phone - daylight saving time

PC and DVR updated when daylight saving time started but my phone is still an hour behind.

Hi bobcasa,

 

 I just want to state I have the same problem, or to be more correct my mother has this same problem. I had her reset her modem and have not heard anything back yet.

 

I think I am looking for a clear solution to this problem also.

Just in case you need it (I can see you only have one post on the forum) you can find your CM MAC address using the link below. Send a private message (PM) to ComcastChirag-K by clicking on his name in RED, then on the next page click on "contact me" in blue.

Hi Chirag,

 

I have sent an email to my mother asking for her CM MAC address. Hopefully I will not have to drive 8 miles to look at the back of her eMTA (modem). I will send you a PM soon.
