Phone Service

I cannot receive calls nor can I call in. All phone are connected. 

Can we work on this on the computer as I have no other phone working?

Try a short 2-5 second press of the recessed reset button on the back of the modem with a pen tip toothpick whatever give it time for the lights to settle. See if that improves things.


If connected to a wall jack, connect a known good phone direct to the L1 phone jack on the back of the modem, if that works it would be a problem with the internal phone wiring and you would have to call in. Or find someone to fix it locally.

I did not receive any incomming calls and was told this moring it told them that it says it was disconneted. I am getting a dial tone and was able to dial out
