Phone Incoming service not working and cannot access voice mail

Phone Incoming service not working and cannot access voice mail

I switched from AT&T to Comcast, two weeks back and am still spending an hour everyday with Comcast to make the phone incoming service and voice mail work. Initially, I was told that the service will work in 24 hours. When it did not work, then I was told that the service will work in 48 hours. When it did not work in 48 hours, then I was told that it will work in 72 hours.

Now, even after 72 hours, the service is still down.

I am loosing my patience with the support. People are good, but the service itself has an issue.

I am going back to AT&T if this issue stays pending for another 24 hours.

Finally the issue is resolved. Thanks Comcast. The issue was that AT&T did not release the number for some time and Comcast did not inform me of that.

Most of these issues can be resolved with a Digital Voice Customer Account Executive right over the phone. The actual repair might take up to 72 hours depending on are you are in. If you have any questions let me know.

Excellent! I'm glad to hear that! Also, my post above does not make much sense... sorry about that! I must have gotten lost in my words there hehe...
