Personal Phone assignment for Voice 2Go

Greetings Support:


I setup Voice 2Go on an iPad 4, downloaded the app; it activated and works with our primary home phone, which I don't wish to use. 


I went to voice, setupADD Personal Numbers.  The application offered a choice of numbers to select and assign, but for only only one user ID.  How does one assign a personal Voiced 2Go number to the Primary User Name? Only the secondary user name appears in the pull down menu     


NOTE: I'm uncertain how any reply would be sent, how to setup an alert, or change the user name which appears with this message.  I did not log in using it. The user name deanp475 is a very old user name (I think from MediaOne days) and thus, it is not my current user name which is (poulosd).  I'd be thankful for any assistance. If an email is needed to reach me: support@erpsaa.com may be used.
