No voice mail service on 2nd phone line but there is a stuttered dial tone

No voice mail service on 2nd phone line but there is a stuttered dial tone.  How can I clear the stuttered dial tone?  I suppose I'll need to call them to get it cleared.

You may be able to log into your account online and goto https://pf.connect.comcast.net/OptimusPref/prefs/voice

Look at the bottom for MESSAGE WAIT INDICATOR and click on EDIT to clear the stutter tone.

If this fails, call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR about your issue.

As stated above, call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR to begin the troubleshooting process for the 2nd line stutter tone.

Hmm, the CSR wasn't able to resolve the stuttered dial tone over the phone.  I thought it would be a simple reset or something.  They are sending someone out.  I just got around to calling them.  Not a priority.
