Hi I recently pre-ordered two note 8s on September 7. I got the initial order confirmation but nothing further. Any way I could get some other info?

I checked on the order status and it hasn't changed in a week. It say delivery date is supposed to be the 15th. And thats in 2 days and nothing has updated and I havent got a tracking number
