No real options for call forwarding

I would move my second voice line from Vonage to Comcast if (and only if) Comcast were to offer a call forwarding package with more options and customer a web interface to make changes such as can be found with Vonage.  This may not be important to many but it is important to me on my second line.  I have one voice line on Comcast that works well but I don't need call forwarding features on that line.


Vonage has issues with droped transmission etc. when the Internet gets busy.  It is my understanding that Comcast although it is VOIP is more robust that straight internet VOIP.
