I cannot read/hear my voicemails on the computer.  I followed the directions, but on the left side of the screen in gray, it shows i have voice mail, but does not show my phone # to complete the instructions.  I have 3 bundle, internet, cable, voice.  I have recently moved my service.  I was never told my phone # would change nor what the new phone # was.  Friend had to caller ID it back to me.

It sounds like a coding issue on your account. You will have to call 1-800 comcast and get it fixed.
