No cell notification of home calls after Voice 2go

My cell phone is an android LG G2 on the Sprint network. I installed the xfinity app and used to get a notification with the caller ID and/or contact name on my cell phone when my xfinity home phone rang. After installing the xfinity Voice 2go, this feature no longer works. My home phone rings, but now I get no notification on my cell phone. What happened? Do I need to change something in My Settings?

Okay, here's my reply to my own posting. After discussing the issue with the Xfinity online chat technician, the problem was solved by reinstalling the Xfinity app on my cell phone.
