New Phone Number

I have been working with Comcast to change my phone number by porting in a number I have with Google Voice. I spoke with Comcast today and they said everything was set to activate the new phone number. I called the activation number and spoke with a service rep. She said she would work on it and call me back. Since then I cannot make or receive calls from my old number or new and I have no dial tone. I cannot call for support. Please help.
