my phone has no dial tone . it says on the front no line . I have done all the turning off ,rebooting everything. I have put the phone on the charger it works. so my phone is working,when you call you get the voice meil very frustrating, Nothing has I have dobe ha worked.. need so please!!!!!

This could be a temporary outage condition or indicating something worse. You can check to see if it is an outgae by logging into your account online or if you have the MyAccount APP, looking there. If you still have a No Line condition, call into Comcast and report your non-working services at 1-800-266-2278.

What are the lights doing on your modem?
The phone light on the xFinity modem should be on solid, even if the phone line is not plugged in. If the light is no and you happen to have one, try a differnt RJ11 phone cable from the modem to your phone device, just to be sure it is not that. Phone line cables (the RJ11 type) are very cheap to replace, and can be bad.
