My phone does not work AGAIN through out my house!

I have no phone service throughout the house. It had not worked for about a month and the service man came and fixed it on Saturday the 4th.  Today is the 10th.. I returned home after being gone all day to find no service. It worked 5 days. Now how long will I have no phone and no alarmI'm going to have to be forced to change my service. I still pay and it does not work! Emilie

I called from my cell phone and waited on the phone 15 minutes for someone to answer. Finally got an answer to schedule a service. Afer going  through 50 questions, after another 30 minutes, I have an appointment for next Thursday, the 16th. That is another week with out a phone. And they want me to consider an alarm with them????? Course, mine doesn't work now anyway with no phone line.
