My Voice was disconnected by a Comcast employee and I haven't been able to get it fixed.

On the site for Voice, the message is I have no voice message service and no voice history.Multiple tecnitions have tried to fix it.

I have the same problem got a new modem and now when I go to voicemail it says it is not set up and if I go on to my account it does not show voice is connected but my phone does still work I just can't get voicemail on my computer
