In SmartZone Communications Center, my missed calls listing has not updated for a couple of weeks, and I know I've ignored a number of calls since that time. Can somebody look into this for me?
I've notified the Comcast Corp administrator for an explanation.
I know on mine, if the missed call goes to voice mail and the caller starts to listen to the message even without leaving a message, the call goes to "answered" instead if missed, because the voice mail answered the call.
I get very little missed calls, because most get answered by VM or picking up the phone. It only gets logged as missed if they hang up before it gets to VM.
Sorry, but the calls in question are not in answered calls either. But thanks for notifying the administrator. This happened once before and they were able to correct the situation.
Can you share instances of the calls? I.E. date and times when calls came in and are not appearing in the call log?
Well, there was an 800# caller ID'ing to VISA that came in the week before Xmas. I don't have specifics -- I had to empty my phone's caller ID log because it was full.
I've gotten this escalated to our fix team..reference CR232022029.
No need to contact customer service regarding this - we will reach out to you once we confirm a few details.
This is still really screwed up. I see one new missed call from yesterday, but answered calls have not updated. I answered a call this morning and it's not showing up.
