You will need to call 1-800 comcast and report the problem. Comcast may need to schedule a Tech service call.

Called person can't hear me when I call them


I can make calls out but the person on the other end can't hear me.  I went out and bought a new phone thinking it was the old phone.  There is no change.  Please don't tell me to wait a week.  I can be reached on my cell phone or my emailXXXXX@gmail.com

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
