Log updated for voice mail, but not for Missed, Answered or Placed calls

Log updated for voice mail, but not for Missed, Answered or Placed calls

Our log is updated almost instantly for voice mails that people leave, but not for Missed, Answered or Placed calls;

they show up the next day on our account. Very frustrating.

 

Any else see this bug? It's especially useless to not see Missed calls until the next day.  Where was QA?

My "placed" call logs haven't updated since Mon 4/12/10...except for a few 1-800 # calls that I placed. Only a handful of "answered" calls have updated into the system since then....

 

Is there a way to purge the system (ESPECIALLY placed & answered calls) to retrieve all of my calls from as early as Tues AM 4/13/10? I need to submit copies of my call activity to my employer...as I work from home most of the time...

Yep, something happened Mon Apr 12 and all my Placed Calls would not show up. I called Comcast and it only took about 6 days to fix!

I have been working with comcast for a week on not having updated missed calls and answered calls online. It is still not fixed and they told me to delete my browsing history after 4 days of running thru hoops with them pretending they didn't understand the very clear concern.-how can it get fixed and what do I do. Thanks

LMAO!!  I have no idea where that avatar came from....I was crackin up though...cuz it pretty much summarized how I was feeling at the time...

 

Yeah my Acct is straight now; I don't know if the system corrected itself...or if someone addressed it; but it's all good...

Yes, It was a national outage and I posted that yesterday after talking with Oscar at comcast. There will always be sometimes as much as a 20 minute delay in posting on the online logs but the DVC is working correctly now per a call this am-check under peeweepepper50 as for some reason I have 2 users name here and I can't get that fixed. Good luck.

Yes, I can't figure out how to fix that-do you know how?  The DV delayed call problem is still not fixed by the way-Comcast gave me wrong info this am.

If you login to Comcast.net with a secondary account, it will have a different screen name in the forum.

The local comcast called and left a voicmail that it was fixed. It wasn't. I called and they said it was a national problem and there was no estimated repair time. I thought I updated that but I'm new here and don't know the tricks. Sorry!
