Key Tone Sound After Voice Mail Greeting

Key Tone Sound After Voice Mail Greeting

When you record a voicemail greeting, it asks you to press # when you're done.  As a result, the end of my voicemail greeting has an annoyingly loud key stroke sound before the comcast automated voice kicks in asking you to leave a message after the tone.  Does anyone a way to get around this?  I've already tried recording a greeting but not pressing #, but it won't accept it.
