My girlfriend and I are moving in together and I upgraded from Double Play to Triple Play and now have a voice number. My Girlfriend also has long established Triple Play account and we want to "port" her number to my account. She is an authorized person on my account however when she called for her disconnect, they said they could not port the number over. This makes no sense when Comcast can port tons of other providers to their CDV service but not their own.
How can I get this worked out with Customer Service and who/what should I be telling them to do?
