Is it comcast or our phone itself

We have a dial tone, we can phone out and receive a phone call.  When we dial out the line goes dead until the person on the other end picks up.  I can hear the person who I called  I but they can't hear me.  The same goes when someone calls into the house...I can hear the caller but they can't hear me.  Has this happened to anyone else..It started yesterday!

Been having the same problem since Friday the 12th of July. All calls goes straight to voicemail.
