Incomplete telephone calls

Incomplete telephone calls

I keep getting calls on my Comcast landline ( and sometimes on outgoing calls) where I can hear the party on the other end, but they can't hear me.  When we try again, the call usually is fine.  What is this about?

Try giving the recessed reset button on the back of the gateway a quick 2 press, using a pen tip or whatever. Give it time for the lights to settle and come back online. See if that improves things.
