Incoming calls

My daughter is having a difficult time calling our home phone.  She lives in WV and I am in PA.  When she calls my number she gets the following message "The party you are trying to reach is not currently accepting call from this number."  She has to try four or five times before the call finally comes through.  How do I correct this problem?


Re: Incoming calls

Log on your Comcast account and select voice & text, select preferences, select voice, then select call forwarding and see if there is a call forwarding number in error.  Then select call blocking and see if your daughters number is on the list of blocked numbers.
