Incoming calls drop, outgoing calls fine

Incoming calls drop, outgoing calls fine

For the past week every time I receive an incoming call, it drops within 10-15 seconds of answering the phone. This is regardless of the telephone I use. Callers are reporting that they hear two clicks and then it goes to fast busy. My end clicks but remains active. 

Outgoing calls have had no such issue. I'm able to sustain lengthy phone calls on outgoing calls. Another Comcast customer friend of mine in California says that his service started doing this recently also. I'm in Colorado. 


Any thoughts? Equipment and service were installed in early August.

I am in oregon mine started the same thing today three different times

I'm in New Mexico & incoming calls disconnecting after about 10-15 sec. when answering an incoming call. Started happening about 4 days ago.

Incomming call disconnects

Over the last week and half we have had a great number of incomming calls get disconnects making our service very unreliable.  I have unplugged and removed the battery from our modem to reboot.  Not all incoming calls get disconnected just most.  Today I have had 4 incoming calls and 3 from differn't numbers were dropped.

I'm in South Seattle and am experiencing the same for the last week and half.
