Inbound Voice Calls

I am unable to receive incoming voice calls. My caller ID is Private too. How do I change this?

You have to Call 1-800-COMCAST and speak to a customer service rep. to get both issues permanently solved, but in the meantime if you want your caller id information to display on outgoing phone calls you can try dialing *82 before the phone number on each call.
