Improved Access to Voicemail

Comcast recently added the ability to access your voicemail from home using *99 in several parts of the country where this was previously not available.

So now, everyone has three different ways of calling in to retrieve their messages:

• You can dial *99 from home.
• You can call your home telephone number from anywhere and press # when the voicemail picks up.
• You can dial your voicemail access number from anywhere (please contact us if you need your voicemail access number).

If you'd like even more convenience, don't forget you can set your voicemail to skip your password whenever you call in using *99. From the main menu, press 2 for personal options, then 2 for administrative options and finally 5 for the "skip PIN" option.

Complete instructions for managing your voicemail may be found here.
