I can hear, but they can't hear me

I can hear, but they can't hear me

Have had this problem ongoing for a year or more now - intermittent loss of signal, but I can still hear the person talking to me, they just cannot hear me.  I also lose internet connectivity at the same time when this occurs.


I have had technicians come out and change out our equipment.  Reading in the forums how other people are having the same problem tels me that it is a COMCAST problem.


My event logs show that T3 and T4 are dropping almost daily.


Is there anything I can do about this?
