How do I access my voicemail?

How do I access my voicemail?

I just moved and I cannot seem to find any information on my voicemail.  When I try to check it, I get "The mailbox number that you are trying to reach is not in service."  I assumed dialing *99 like I used to do would get me there.  Now I have no idea.  Any suggestions?

I'm in same situation, just moved, and can't get access to my voice mail.  I get the same message, and a quick "good bye".

Re: How do I access my voicemail?

Go to your email account and hit the button text messaging and voice mail. If you have any voice mail it will show you the number from which the voice mail was called and give you an option to have the voice mail played back to you without erasing it.  You have an option to erase it yourself.  Hope that helps.
