Home phone not working for 3 weeks!

I have called Comcast numerous times in the past 3 weeks to find out why my home phone is down. The Rep. Stated that the towers are down and should be up in 24 hrs. It is over 3 weeks and I still have no home phone service. I am getting fed up with Comcast because i am being blown off every time I call about this. I am getting ready to change phone company because Comcast is unresponsive!

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will follow up with the local group.

my home phone has been out for about 3 weeks as well.  what are they saying?  this is my first attempt to figure out why.  we use our cell phones and may just cancel the service!

Our home Comcast phone has been out for about 2-3 weeks as well (in Littleton).  What are some home troubleshooting methods we can try before calling Comcast?
