Hiding digital voice options

I was new to comcast voice    and only thing I know was  all domestic call is free after few months Iget  $400 bill

when  I call comcast they told me some body make inernational call    I told them I did not,t have  international line   how come ?   I have roommates and  friends  and if I know or compact give options  I will not get  $400 bill my agreement was  $99  per month only

I believe that is comcast trick  and I want tell comcast  , ask   your customer option don't hide  phone features

I don't understand your question. You said you know that domestic calls are free, so doesn't that imply that you have to pay extra for international calls? Or did you think it meant that you couldn't make international calls at all?

You can read the CDV subscriber agreements here. I checked the one for Massachusetts, and it contains:

If you pay a flat monthly fee for your calling plan, that fee may not cover certain types of calls. You will be billed for these excluded call types on a per-call basis (e.g., operator services) or a measured basis (e.g., international calls).

There's also a link on that page to the international rates. There are also calling plans that offer flat rates to different continents, if you make frequent calls there.
