Getting Voicemail on the Xfinity Web site

I log into my account on line. Click "voicemail" and all I get is a cursor that spins forever and says "loading". Can't view my voicemail online. I can from the phone, but I how do I check it from the web?

I have a similar problem.  I can get to the page to get voicemail online but then it goes immediately to an ad.  It never goes back to the page to allow me to get my voicemail online.  I too need to access it online.  I have chatted with "customer service" 4 times.  No one seems to have a clue how to fix it or are willing to ask someone else to get it fixed.  I will continue to wait and hope it somehow fixes itself.  Good Luck to you
