Dropping out from Comcast

Hi. I am no longer interested sugning up for connection with COMCAST internet and phone. Let me know what else do I need to do to inform COMCAST That I don't want COMCAST deals and services any longer. I do not want to be in contract with Comcast because I had problems with customer service and installation. I know I have 30 day Grace Period. Comcast did not show up, did not call, so NO DEAL! I hope you send this message to all your staff to improve your customer service. Let me know what else I need to do to iinform your company.

Hi odrey123, we don't want to see you go but if you need to cancel your services you can cancel your order or services at any time. If you cancel the service within 30 days of the start date you're eligible for our 30 day money back guarantee. For more information on how to cancel your services please click on this link
