The digital voicemail and call logs are not updating online in the Smartzone screen.

The Comcast Corp administrator has been notified of your post.  I know sometimes when the systems are busy, it does take 4-6 hours to update.

 

Watch this post and your email for updates from the team within 5 business days or so.
