Deleting old message log entries

I called Comcast & they disconnected me! The DELETE BUTTON does not show when I try to delete things in voice mail (in email-no problem- the delete option is very visible) Help please. Just trying to do some vouce mail Spring Cleaning!

No your suggestion didn't solve my problem as I was using my primary email. But thanks for trying to help me out...anyone else have any helpful ideas?

Call back into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and ask the CSR to check to see if the username you are using to log into the account is the PRIMARY account...  a secondary account cannot delete unless permissions are granted.
