Just to clarify, the error message I was talking about and problem with installing a visual voice mail was related to the phone number above,XXX XXX XXXX_skype_highlighting XXX-XXXX_of_the_skype_highlighting. THis phone number was transferred from my residence to my business, and is no longer connected to this email XXXXXXcomcast but to the new email, XXXXXXst.net. we are not able to get a voice mail on the transferred phone number.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
