DELETING VOICE MAIL HISTORIES?

DELETING VOICE MAIL HISTORIES?

I have messages throughout my Voice Mail History Selections dating back to February.  I don't know how to delete them.  My question(s) are: (1) How to Delete them? OR (2) Does the Comcast/Xfinity System Auto Delete at a regular interval?

Voicemails do not delete automatically. You must delete them. If you are on the website just delete them like you would an email. If you are dialing *99 then follow the prompts to delete them.

 

Call logs auto delete after 90 days I believe.

Message plays and it woun't let me delete it. the message just stopped and doesn't let the promp go forward to let me dedete Message has been on since April and other new messager follow and I cant get them because of this Please help.sallyrowan@live.com
