I ordered triple play and the first Comcast technician, a subcontractor, installed the TV and Internet but after 4 hours wasn't able to install phone to all my outlets.  The second day another subcontractor arrived and after 3 hours he failed.  The third day another subcontractor arrived, even after I requested a Comcast techrep and after two hours he failed and left. 


This installation service is atrocious and subcontractors are not the answer.  Also, when you call customer service, you get Colombia, South America where they are not in tune with what is happening up in the US.
