Cannot see Voice Mail nor Missed Calls on my account

I can't see any messages at all on the website. I even made a test call which I was able to access through *99. I get the email notice, but whether I click through that or directly to the site, I only see a blank page. My answering machine is and has been off. I went through the calls, deleted most and saved a fewusing the *99 from house phone, but still can not see them on the web. I run a business and need to see those missed calls. (I can view email on the web)
