Can't even add phone to cart

No matter what browser I use, I cant even add a phoen to the cart to place an order, it just redirects to a "site is down" message.  Whats going on?  Your chat queue is too long to wait for, I need assistance now.  I need a cell phone and it just makes sense to go with you guys but I cant even place my order!

Hi, taytay2017. If the site is down you'll need to call us at 888-936-4968 to place an order. We are unable to process orders via social support at this point in time. I apologize for any inconvenience.

New Xfinity customer cant order mobile

I try to add phone to my cart and it just sits there doing nothing or says the site is down.  Been trying to get the xcharge as it is a dollar and I can't afford anything else.  but now that that the xcharge is out of stock im trying to put an iphone in my cart and it does the same thing, says the site is down or just freezes.  Before I get all bent out of shape and call in, are they going to ask my social and run a credit check just for two lines?  Because I'm not willing to give my social, its why I paid the deposit to sign up with internet / tv, was because I don't want you looking at my credit.

First, I suggest you try a different browser. If it goes nowhere, try clicking the refresh button a couple of times.

For some XFINITY Internet customers who are interested in signing up for XFINITY Mobile, we may need to learn a little more about you by running your credit. We'll always ask your permission first. If we need to gather this info, you'll be prompted at checkout to perform a credit check.
