Can't access voicemail

Can't access voicemail

I can't access voicemails on my phone app or online. It says I have none when I know I have around 20 (I can still access them from my home phone). Please fix this. It's been going on for at least 3 or 4 weeks.

Trying to access voicemail online and it will not come up.
