Can't Access Voice Mail

Can't Access Voice Mail

It's been at least a month since I've been able to get into voice mail thru my computer.  I can log into the Comcast site and access everything else, but when I try for voice mail, I just get a blank screen.  I've tried from the main menu and from the email menu.  I've tried from Firefox and from Edge.  I've tried on different computers, and different internet providers.  I've used the *99 to access the messages and deleted them, but the indicator light is still blinking.  I understand the solution to that is to log into Voice and refresh it.  Of course, I can't get into Voice, so that's not much help.

     Go Into Tools & Check Compatibity View. It should take you back to the Comcast website. After that sign out of

     your account and then sign back in. It should work then. Hope this helps!
