My wife is the primary account holder and can access Smartzone to simultaneously view both HER e-mail and information for both of our digital voice lines. I have been told by Comcast that access to this feature is limited to the primary account holder. This means I have to make three separate inquiries to obtain MY e-mail and the same phone information, via Comcast Internet sites. This does not seem logical. Surely there must be others that require access by multiple family individuals?
Info: While she can create a secondary account for me to access the Smartzone, I would still see her e-mail and not mine with the phone info. The e-mail + phone log-in refuses to recognize me.
